我厂一号炉原为10吨/时风力机械抛煤机手摇炉排锅炉,由于不能烧劣质煤及操作劳动强度大,自一九七○年改为链式沸腾炉(半沸腾炉)后,出力有所提高,操作劳动强度减轻了,但也带来煤耗高、维护难等一些问题。针对这些问题,为了更进一步保证安全、满发,又能掺烧煤渣,节约好煤以及综合利用,我们结合本地本厂情况,分析各类炉型性能,决定又将它改革为溢流式沸腾炉(全沸腾炉)。在党的十大精神鼓舞下,改炉工作从一九七三年七月开始设计加工,九月底改装完毕,
