我厂2DZ5.5-1.8/2.85-320循环压缩机原设计填料冷却为软水,由于我厂软水质量较差,更换填料频繁,影响了生产.有鉴于此,我们将软水冷却改为液氨冷却填料,但是原设计的软水冷却填料盒密封用的O型橡胶圈既不耐腐也不耐压,运行几天高压气体就串人氨冷系统,造成低压超压,无法生产.为此.我们将原来的聚乙烯板线密封改为面密封,试验虽然成功,但聚乙烯价格贵且不易采购.后经反复试验,采用废弃的健力宝盒展开代替乙稀板做成密封垫,投入使用后,至今填料从未烧坏过.
