荧光探针技术是研究蛋白质在水溶液中构象的一种有效方法。利用它可以测定蛋白质分子的疏水微区内两基团的距离以及酶与底物结合过程中蛋白质构象的变化等。本文综述了荧光探针技术在蛋白质研究中的一些进展。
Fluorescent probe technology is an effective method to study the conformation of proteins in aqueous solution. It can be used to determine the distance between two groups in the hydrophobic micro-regions of protein molecules and the changes of protein conformation in the process of enzyme-substrate binding. This review summarizes some advances in the research of proteins by fluorescent probes.
