农业加工以及作业设备逐渐向机械化和自动化方向发展。农业加工设备逐步由传统串联形式向多轴并联形式转变,但基于其复杂多样化的结构形式,控制系统的搭建工作难度较大,成为制约其发展的主要因素。提出采用高度模块化、可移植性以及实时性能良好的LINUXCNC控制系统,提供一种面向农业多轴加工设备的开放式控制方法,能够简化系统搭建工作,促进我国农业加工设备的发展。
Agricultural processing and operating equipment gradually to mechanization and automation direction. However, based on its complex and diversified structure, it is more difficult to set up the control system and become the main factor restricting the development of agricultural processing equipment. A LINUXCNC control system with highly modularity, portability and real-time performance is proposed to provide an open control method for agricultural multi-axis processing equipment, which can simplify system construction and promote the development of agricultural processing equipment in China.
