目的 探讨全程无缝隙服务模式在中医康复中的应用效果.方法 以2011年2月我院中医康复科的2个病区入住的90例患者为研究对象,入住一区的为C组,入住二区的以住院号为准,单数列

目的 探讨全程无缝隙服务模式在中医康复中的应用效果.方法 以2011年2月我院中医康复科的2个病区入住的90例患者为研究对象,入住一区的为C组,入住二区的以住院号为准,单数列入A组,双数列入B组,每组各30例.A、B组实施一般的服务,C组实施全程无缝隙优质服务.对3组患者分别进行满意度调查.结果 实施全程无缝隙模式以来,无一例医疗纠纷及事故,患者均较满意,患者投诉率明显降低.C组患者的满意度为96.7％,显著高于A、B2组.结论 全程无缝隙服务模式的应用,患者满意度明显提高,医疗纠纷明显减少,取得了较好的社会效益和经济效益.
