报告一起由肺炎克雷伯氏菌引起的儿科病房腹泻流行，共２４例，均经粪便证实。其中２ 入院时即为本病，１５例为出生〈６月患儿。临床主要表现为腹泻，偶有呕吐，腹胀，发热及脱水。常继发于人呼吸道疾病，营养不良及机体状况较差时，分析认为，应重视机会菌引起的小儿腹泻流行，加强攻在务，陪护人员的消毒隔离。
