我厂生产BJ212汽油机的缸体是采用ZL10铝合金铸件。加工高精度的孔是生产的关键,其中以缸体挺杆孔的加工问题最大,长期存在着孔壁划伤、光洁度差、孔径超差,仅半年的统计废品率占加工总数的5.5%。为了提高产品质量,保证生产均衡,我厂对缸体挺杆孔精加工刀具的结构、几何参数等方面进行了改进,经多年来的生产验证,现已定型并应用于生产,可使原来的废品率下降至0.2%以下(1980年5月统计)。实践证明,新研制的刀具对保证加工精度、提高光洁度及保证产品质量有明显的效果。现将精加工用单齿镗铰刀的研制及使用情况分述如下。
