校企合作是目前我国高职教育人才培养的主要模式之一,随着教育体制的完善,优化人才培养,提高人才质量成为校企双方共同需求,在人才培养中,对于职业素质的培养越来越受到重视,本文从职业素质的含义出发,对校企合作下的高职单招学生职业素质的培养进行了研究和分析,希望对高职生职业素质的培养以及校企合作今后的发展提供一定的借鉴。
