目的评价白内障超声乳化及人工晶状体植入术的疗效。方法对年龄24-89岁;91例(105眼)白内障行超声乳化植入人工晶状体术。结果平均乳化时间3分14秒,超声能量平均24.90%;术后1日视力在0.5以上70眼(66.67%)。术后7日视力在0.5以上四眼(84.76%),术后3月在0.5以上104眼(99.05%),其中1.0以上75眼(71.43%)。结论通过小切口植入人工晶状体具有减少术后早期反应及视力提高迅速的优点,术后效果明显优于常现白内障手术。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Methods The age of 24-89 years old; 91 cases (105 eyes) cataract phacoemulsification intraocular lens implantation. Results The average emulsification time was 3 minutes and 14 seconds, the average ultrasound energy was 24.90%. The visual acuity was 0.5 and 70 eyes (66.67%) on the 1st postoperative day. The visual acuity was 0.5 more than 4 eyes (84.76%) on the 7th postoperative day, and 0.5 to over 104 eyes (99.05%) on March 7, of which more than 1.0 was over 75 eyes (71.43%). Conclusion Implantation of intraocular lens through a small incision has the advantage of reducing the early postoperative reaction and rapid improvement of visual acuity. The postoperative effect is obviously better than the normal cataract surgery.
