本文介绍一种高效、高精度加工45°线材轧机用的硬质合金成型轧辊的方法。较详细地介绍了它的加工原理、工艺參数、电解液配方、电解磨轮及电解磨轮的修整方法以及加工效果。如采用电解磨削和机械磨削的复合加工方法,不但生产率高、磨轮损耗小,而且提高了电解磨削精度。并试验了用电火花加工方法修整金属结合剂成型电解磨轮,解决了磨轮难以修整的问题。
