随着国有企业深化改革,减人增效,下岗人员数量有较大增加,国家机构改革,将近一半公务员需要分流,3年内军队精减50万人。这都将给大中专毕业生分配带来很多困难,许多毕业生和他们的家长们拿着学校的推荐表东奔西走,托亲找友,渴望找到一份理想的工作。更多的人往返于各类人才中介机构,与用人单位面对面双向选择。尽管如此,仍有一大批毕业生尚未找到合适的工作岗位,纷纷叹言“英雄无用武之地”。笔者认为,造成大量毕业生不能尽快落实工作单位的原因很多,但不妨从毕业生本身找一下原因,走出择业误区。
As state-owned enterprises deepen their reforms and reduce their efficiency, the number of laid-off workers has greatly increased. Nearly half of civil servants need to be diverted in the reform of state institutions and 500,000 have been streamlined in three years. All this will bring many difficulties to the allocation of college graduates. Many graduates and their parents take the school's recommendation form and travel around, trust their relatives and seek friends, and they are eager to find an ideal job. More and more people from all kinds of talent agencies, and employers face to face two-way choice. In spite of this, a large number of graduates still have not found suitable jobs and have all remarked that “heroes have no use”. The author believes that a large number of graduates can not be implemented as soon as possible for many reasons, but may wish to find out the reasons from the graduates themselves, out of career misunderstanding.
