目的：调查医院围术期应激性溃疡预防用药的合理性。方法分析2016年1－6月我院308例围术期应激性溃疡预防用药情况，评估用药指征、给药情况（种类、途径、剂量、频次、疗程）的合理性，统计预防用药合理率和不合理表现。结果预防用药总体合理率为86．0％（265／308），不合理用药率为14．0％（43／308）。不合理预防用药表现依次为用药疗程过长（41．9％，18／43）、给药途径不当（18．6％，8／43）、给药频次过高（16．3％，7／43）、无指征用药（11．6％，5／43）、给药剂量过大（7．0％，3／43）、药物种类选择不当（4．7％，2／43）。结论围术期应激性溃疡预防用药合理性总体尚好，但需规范药物使用方法，并注意药物相互作用，进一步加强管控和指导。“,”Objective To investigate and analyze the rationality of prophylactic drug use for stress ulcer in our hospi-tal. Methods A retrospective survey and analysis of the clinic data of the 308 cases patients with prophylactic drug use for stress ulcer in the perioperative period during January to June 2016 in our hospital. The rationality of the indications for drug use and drug administration(kinds,routes,dose,frequency,duration)were evaluated. The rational preventive medication rate was counted and the irrational factors was listed too. Results The overall rational rate of preventive medication was 86. 0%(265 / 308),43 cases(14. 0%,43 / 308)were irrational drug use. The unreasonable factors were as follows:excessive medica-tion regimen(41. 9%,18 / 43),route of administration improper(18. 6%,8 / 43),dosing frequency high(16. 3%,7 / 43),noth-ing syndrome medication(11. 6%,5 / 43),the dosage too large(7. 0%,3 / 43),and type of drug improper selection(4. 7%, 2 / 43). Conclusion The rationality of prophylactic use of stress ulcer in perioperative period is still good. However,it is nec-essary to regulate the use of drugs,and pay attention to drug interactions. Accordingly,the control and guidance should be fur-ther strengthened.
