目的了解黑龙江省疾病预防控制中心人员(简称疾控人员)在突发公共卫生事件应急培训中现状,为在线应急培训系统的建立提供数据基础。方法对黑龙江省10个地级市及其区/县的疾控人员进行卫生应急培训现状及在线培训系统需求度调查。结果 1 033名疾控人员中45.9%和19.3%的调查对象选择比较需要和非常需要在线培训系统;市、县2级疾控人员在线培训系统各个项目的需求率基本上均>40%和30%,2级疾控人员对在线培训系统的各项优势均比较认可。结论在线培训系统可以弥补传统培训方式的缺陷,应该有针对性的开发和建设满足基层需要的卫生应急在线培训系统平台。
Objective To understand the status of emergency response personnel in Heilongjiang Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for emergency public health emergencies training and to provide a data basis for the establishment of online emergency training system. Methods The current situation of health emergency training and the demand degree of online training system were investigated in the CDCs in 10 prefecture-level cities and their districts / counties in Heilongjiang Province. Results 45.9% and 19.3% of the 1 033 CDC members chose and needed the online training system. The demand rates of the online training system for CDC CDC 2 and CDC patients were all basically> 40% and 30% respectively %, Level 2 disease control personnel on the advantages of online training system are more recognized. Conclusion Online training system can make up for the shortcomings of the traditional training methods, and should be targeted to develop and build a platform to meet the needs of primary health emergency online training system.
