目的探讨MTA1和nm23-H1蛋白表达水平及其与哈萨克族食管癌生物学行为的关系。方法应用Western blot对20例哈萨克族食管癌标本中MTA1和nm23-H1蛋白表达进行检测。结果 MTA1在食管癌癌组织中的表达率为45%,但癌组织与相应正常组织表达量无明显差异;nm23-H1在食管癌癌组织及正常组织中未表达的占50%,并且90%肿瘤至少侵及肌层,其中70%的肿瘤并伴有淋巴结转移。结论在哈萨克族食管癌的浸润、转移中MTA1可能不起主导作用,而nm23-H1低表达表型可能有助于浸润和淋巴结转移,与生物学行为有关,可有望成为哈萨克族食管癌患者转移复发的参考指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of MTA1 and nm23-H1 protein and their relationship with the biological behavior of Kazakh esophageal cancer. Methods Western blot was used to detect the expression of MTA1 and nm23-H1 in 20 Kazakh esophageal cancer samples. Results The expression of MTA1 in esophageal cancer tissue was 45%, but there was no significant difference between the expression of MTA1 and corresponding normal tissue. Nm23-H1 was not expressed in 50% of esophageal cancer tissues and normal tissues, and 90% Tumor at least invasion and muscle, of which 70% of the tumor accompanied by lymph node metastasis. Conclusions MTA1 may not play a dominant role in the invasion and metastasis of esophageal cancer in Kazakh. However, the low expression of nm23-H1 may contribute to the infiltration and lymph node metastasis. It may be related to the biological behavior and may be expected to be the metastasis of Kazakh esophageal cancer patients Recurrence of the reference index.
