彩色滤光片是液晶显示器件的关键组件。随着产业结构的变化,生产工厂需要通过产能提升来控制成本,提升自身竞争力。在小批量多品种的生产要求下,节拍改善就成为了当务之急。在不断实践的基础上,本文提出了节拍提升的主要方法和常规流程,并介绍了关键瓶颈机台,如曝光机、涂布机等的节拍改善方法。彩色滤光片品质要求高,在节拍改善时需要平衡产品品质和产线稼动。
Color filters are the key components of liquid crystal display devices. As the industrial structure changes, production plants need to control costs through capacity improvements to enhance their competitiveness. In small quantities and more varieties of production requirements, the beat improvement has become a top priority. On the basis of constant practice, this paper proposes the main methods and routine processes of beating up, and introduces the methods to improve the beat of key bottleneck machines such as exposure machines and coaters. High color filter quality requirements, improve the beat when the need to balance product quality and production line operations.
