目的:以不同采摘时期的长白山野生合苞橐吾为研究对象,通过测定小鼠的空腹血糖值、血清胰岛素含量、肝糖原含量、肌糖原含量及糖耐量来研究其对小鼠的降血糖作用。方法:昆明种小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、盐酸二甲双胍组(125 mg·kg-1)、不同采摘时期合苞橐吾1.25 g·kg-1组(包括5月15日组,5月30日组,6月15日组,6月30日组,7月15日组,7月30日组,8月15日组),每组10只,除正常组外,其余各组选用200 mg·kg-1剂量对小鼠ip灭菌生理盐水配制的1%四氧嘧啶溶液进行造模,造模72 h,造模后以0.01 m L·g-1给药体积ig,采用试剂盒测定小鼠空腹血糖、血清胰岛素、肝糖原、肌糖原含量及糖耐量。结果:与正常组比较,模型组不同时间的小鼠空腹血糖值明显升高,胰岛素、肝糖原、肌糖原含量明显降低,均具有明显统计学差异(P<0.05);与模型组比较,不同采摘时期的合苞橐吾能不同程度降低糖尿病小鼠的空腹血糖值,增加肝糖原及肌糖原含量,并可在一定程度上缓解四氧嘧啶对小鼠胰岛β细胞的损害作用(P<0.05)。另外,与正常组比较,不同采摘时期的合苞橐吾可在不同程度上改善正常小鼠的糖耐量,其中以6月份采摘的合苞橐吾降血糖效果最为显著(P<0.05),给予6月30日合苞橐吾水煮液的小鼠血糖降低幅度高达35.66%。结论:说明不同采摘时期合苞橐吾对糖尿病小鼠及正常小鼠均具有降血糖作用。
