电站工程尤其是海外EPC(设计、采购、施工)总承包项目有着合同金额高,技术密集和管理密集,质量管理要求严等典型特点,在我国目前积极倡导的“走出去”战略中占据着极为重要的地位。本文通过越南某个项目的质量管理执行实例,强调了海外工程质量管理与质量控制的重要性,对项目的合同履约能力和风险控制起到了有效作用。
The general contract projects of power station, especially overseas EPC (design, procurement and construction) have the typical features of high contract value, intensive technology and intensive management, strict quality control and so on. They are taken up in the strategy of “going out” actively advocated by our country at present Very important position. In this paper, through the implementation of quality management of a project in Vietnam, this paper emphasizes the importance of overseas project quality management and quality control and plays an effective role in the contract performance and risk control of the project.
