一个国家的建筑就是她经济发展程度的标志。国家越发达,建筑的智能化程度就越高。的确,随着当今中国社会的发展、技术的进步,在建筑工程领域,科技含量越来越高。新材料的应用、新工艺的发展使对建筑设计施工流程的要求也越来越严格。在这样的背景下,建设监理日益凸现出它的重要性。本文旨在探讨其对工程建设管理的重要意义,并论述了对建筑工程监理人员的素质要求,以及具体的质量控制标准要求。
A country’s architecture is a sign of her degree of economic development. The more developed the country, the higher the degree of intelligent construction. Indeed, with the development of today’s Chinese society and technological progress, the content of science and technology is getting higher and higher in the field of construction engineering. The application of new materials, the development of new technology so that the construction design and construction process requirements are more stringent. In this context, construction supervision has increasingly highlighted its importance. The purpose of this paper is to explore its significance to the management of construction projects, and to discuss the quality requirements of construction supervision personnel, as well as the specific quality control standards.
