作为直接为地方经济和人民群众提供运输服务的窗口行业,公路,正在努力打造和谐平安,畅通快捷的通行环境,同时也在进一步提高管理和服务水平,建立协调发展的负责行业。“十五”期间,广西公路人进行了不懈的努力,创造了不平凡的业绩。公路建设开始步入大规模快速发展时期 “十五”期间,广西公路建设可以用“多、快、好、省”来概括,即:新开工项目多和竣工投产项目多、建设速度快、工程质量好、投资少。共完成路网建设项目1130个,建设里程6500公里。农村公路建设完成投资75.8亿元,为“九五”2.06倍,规模之大前所未有。通乡油路建设共安排221个乡镇,改造里程3294.3公里;通乡等外路改造拭安排279个乡镇,改造里程4678.45公里;实现了92.71%乡镇通等级公路;221个乡镇解决了通油路问题,实现了86.49%的乡镇通油路;746个行政村新修通了公路,实现了90.89%的行政村通公路。 一是公路网络向纵深发展。——初步形成了以南宁为中心,向各地市辐射,连接大通道的干线公路网络。 ——先后完成了交通部西部通县油路广西14个建设项目、边境公路建设大会战、东兰,巴马、凤山三县交通基础设施建设大会战,全面启动了百色革命老区农村公路建设,极大地改善了经济落后的大石山区,边境地区、革命老区和少数民族地区的路网结构.从而整体上提升了广西公路网结构。 二是公路里程和公路质量大幅提高。至2005年底,广西新增公路里程8394公里,新增39个县通二级公路,全区通二级公路的县达到77个,全区公路总里程为61985公里。公路养护得到全面加强,截止2005年底,专业管养公路全部路线好路率为77.67%,国省干线公路好路率为83.96%。地方公路重保路线好路率82.04%,县道公路好路率62.76%,比“九五”期末增长19.13%;乡道晴雨通车率98.07%。公路养护水平和养护技术显著提高 一是公路养护机械化水平不断提高,养护管理信息化进程得到有力推进。“十五”期间,根据“畅、洁、绿、美”的养护要求,按照公路等级,路面类型,本着满足养护设备“实用性、先进性、环保性”等指标需要,共投入9600万元配置了高效低耗,性价比较高的设备。在桂西公路管理局试点,研究开发了公路养护信息管理系统,初步实现养护管理信息资源化、传输网络化。 二是全区水泥砼路面养护及改造技术有了新的突破,树立超前养护理念,对一些重要路段制定了超前养护方案,将公路病害消灭在萌芽状态。通过对2002年立项实施的水泥砼路面进行养护与维修技术课题研究,主要解决了砼板底脱空检测、压浆材料配比、压浆质量、加铺沥青面层等问题、大大改善了 As a window industry that provides transportation services directly to the local economy and the people, roads are striving to create a harmonious, safe, smooth and accessible environment.
