广州机床研究所自1959年4月9日建所以来正好30周年了,借此机会回顾30年来我所在摩擦学领域内科研究方面的历程。建所初期,我所的主要任务是研究在不同的环境条件下特别是热带气候条件下机床使用中存在的问题及解决办法。为此我们在1959~1963年期间曾经先后在我国南方湿热地区及西南高原地区进行调查研究。了解到我国南方不少地区夏季气温可达40℃以上,在一年之中有较长时间气温在20℃以上,相对湿度超过95%,在内陆地区有时昼夜气温差可达25℃以上。在较高的气温下,许多机床的主轴部件、变速箱、液压系统及润滑系统的温度高于60℃,这样就产生了机床的最高使用温度以何者最好的问题,以及解决这个问题的对策。此外还需要解决金属部件的腐蚀问题、某些非金属部件和切削液等的生霉变质问题。
The 30th anniversary of the founding of the Guangzhou Machine Tool Research Institute since its establishment on April 9, 1959 has taken this opportunity to review the history of the medical research in the field of tribology for the past 30 years. At the beginning of the establishment, our main task was to study the problems and solutions in the use of machine tools under different environmental conditions, especially in tropical climates. To this end, we have during 1959 ~ 1963 once successively in the wet and hot areas in southern China and the Southwest Plateau areas for investigation and study. It has been learned that summer temperatures in some areas in southern China reach more than 40 ℃ in summer. For a long time, the temperature is above 20 ℃ and the relative humidity is over 95%. In some interior regions, the temperature difference between day and night may reach 25 ℃ or above. At higher temperatures, the temperature of spindle components, gearboxes, hydraulics and lubrication systems in many machine tools is above 60 ° C, which gives rise to the best use of the maximum machine temperature and the solution to this problem . There is also a need to address corrosion of metal parts, moldy deterioration of certain non-metal parts and cutting fluids.
