游后评价直接影响游客的满意程度和重游行为,也决定着景区的生存与发展.问卷调查发现国内游客对重庆乐和乐都主题公园的游后评价一般(m=3.06),满意者为30%~40%,且具有初中等学历、中低收入、年轻的已婚男性游客的游后评价显著低于其他人口学特征的游客,表明乐和乐都的游乐项目、景区环境、配套设施以及员工服务还不能完全满足主体客源群体的需求.因此,优化游乐项目,完善配套设施,美化景区环境和强化员工培训是乐和乐都缩小差距,提升游客游后评价水平的基本路径.
