几年来,我们以课题研究为载体,在青少年活动中心的全面支持和高标准的要求下,科技特色逐步建立,学生科学素养不断提高,实践能力明显改进。一、师资——基地建设的保障基地建设是一个挑战性,开放性,综合性很强的领域,没有固定的教材,没有明确而具体的目标,没有现成的操作途径。它对教师的知识体系,能力结构都有着更高更新的需求。为此,课题组的领导在我校召开了专门工作会议,为我们积极规划,统筹协调。一方面,派活动中心的辅导员对我校老师进行定期的科技培训,从活动组织,实施途径,课堂教学,活动评价等方面进行全程指导,使广大参与科技教育的老师迅速认识并掌握了科技教育的实施方法,为科技活动的全面开
