目的:研究抑癌基因P21 、P53 在急性淋巴细胞性白血病中的蛋白表达水平。方法:应用Western Blot 及S- P 免疫组织化学染色技术检测抑癌基因P21 、P53 在ALL 中的蛋白表达水平。结果:10 .71 % ALL 患者P53 蛋白表达异常且表达水平有所增高,但与对照组比较无显著性差异( P> 0 .05) 。在28 例ALL 患者中未检测到P21 蛋白表达缺失及表达水平异常,与对照组比较无显著性差异( P> 0 .05) 。结论:至少在蛋白表达水平,P21 与ALL 的发生及演变过程无明显相关性;P53 蛋白表达在ALL 中有异常改变,但无统计学意义,尚需进一步研究证实。
Objective: To study the protein expression levels of tumor suppressor genes P21 and P53 in acute lymphoblastic leukemia. METHODS: Western blot and S-P immunohistochemical staining were used to detect the protein expression levels of tumor suppressor genes P21 and P53 in ALL. Result: 10. P53 protein expression was abnormal in 71% ALL patients and the expression level was increased, but there was no significant difference compared with the control group (P> 0.05). No loss of P21 protein expression and abnormal expression levels were detected in 28 ALL patients. There was no significant difference from the control group (P > 0.05). Conclusion: At least at the level of protein expression, there is no significant correlation between the occurrence and evolution of P21 and ALL; P53 protein expression has abnormal changes in ALL, but there is no statistical significance, and further studies are needed to confirm.
