列宁指出：“工人阶级本来也不可能有社会民主主义的意识，这种意识只能从外面灌输送去”。①这一论述明确阐明了灌输教育的重要性和必要性。我们这里所研究的“灌输”就是借用“外面灌输”的积极主动的手段，运用马克思主义的立场、观点和方法，对广大干部群众进行政治教育．
Lenin pointed out: “It is impossible for the working class to have the social-democratic awareness that can only be brought from the outside.” ① This discourse clearly illustrates the importance and necessity of instilling education. The “inculcation” that we are studying here is to use the proactive approach of “inculcating from the outside” and make use of Marxist positions, views and methods to carry out political education over the vast numbers of cadres and the masses.
