由于话剧演出市场的不景气,广东话剧院也曾一度出现“演出少、影响小、人员散”的情形。现任班子在上级领导的关怀和支持下,总结经验,找出对策,解放思想,转变观念,在干部聘用、剧目策划、开拓市场、经营管理等方面进行了较大力度的改革与探索。经过全院上下5年的团结拼搏,“上攀艺术高峰,下为基层服务”,艺术生产取得了前所未有的社会效益和经济效益。全院年均演出大戏200多场,小戏200多场。剧院以艺
Due to the downturn in the drama performance market, the Cantonese Theater once showed the situation of “less performance, less influence, less staff”. Under the care and support of the leaders at the higher level, the incumbent team has summed up experiences, found out solutions, emancipated the mind and changed concepts, and carried out greater efforts in reform and exploration in the areas of cadre recruitment, drama planning, market development, and management.
