本文叙述工农兵学员在大功率电主轴的设计、试制和试验中,坚持辩证唯物主义的观点,分 析了试制电主轴的各种矛盾,找出了主要矛盾──温升。针对温升和由它引起的热变形,在主轴 轴承的预紧、润滑和电机损耗等发热问题上采取了一系列措施,取得了明显的效果。同时在外壳 采用了流体沿筒壁螺旋线受迫对流式的冷却,以加强散热。 根据以上分析和试验而试制成功的电主轴在高速运转时,温升和热变形都比较正常,其它各 项性能指标也都比较理想。
This article describes the workers and peasants and soldiers in the high-power spindle design, trial and test, adhere to the dialectical materialism point of view, analysis of the prototype spindle of the various contradictions, identified the main contradiction ─ ─ temperature rise. Aiming at the temperature rise and the thermal deformation caused by it, a series of measures have been taken on the heating problems such as the preload of the main shaft bearing, lubrication and motor loss, and achieved remarkable results. At the same time in the shell with a fluid spiral along the barrel wall forced convection cooling to enhance heat dissipation. According to the above analysis and test and trial-run electric spindle in high-speed operation, the temperature rise and thermal deformation are more normal, and other performance indicators are also more ideal.
