意大利学者 Guarini 等曾报道,八肽胆囊收缩素(CCK-8)及其类似物雨蛙肽(Caerulein)可以提高出血性休克大鼠的血压。CCK-8对出血性休克大鼠的血容量及血液组成成份有影响。用静脉放血(2ml/100g)的方法造成大鼠出血性休克,血压由正常的85~106mmHg 降低,并维持在18~24mmHg。实验组大鼠静脉注射 CCK-8溶液1ml(20μg/kg),对照组注射等容量的生理盐水。实验结果表明:在注射 CCK-8后15~20min,大鼠残余循环血量比对照组明显增多,达1.61±0.09ml/100g,而对照组大鼠只有0.69±0.12ml/100g。血液组成的分析发现,每立方毫米血液中红细胞的数目、血红蛋白浓度,以及红细胞比容等指标,在实验组与对照组间均无明显差别,但白细胞数目在 CCK-8治疗
Italian scholar Guarini et al. Have reported that octapeptide cholecystokinin (CCK-8) and its analogue Caerulein can increase blood pressure in hemorrhagic shock rats. CCK-8 has effects on the blood volume and blood components of hemorrhagic shock rats. Hemorrhagic shock was induced by venous bleed (2 ml / 100 g) and the blood pressure was reduced from the normal 85-106 mmHg and maintained at 18-24 mmHg. Rats in the experimental group were injected with 1 ml (20 μg / kg) of CCK-8 solution intravenously, and the control group was injected with the same volume of normal saline. The experimental results showed that the residual circulating blood volume in rats was significantly increased by 1.20 ± 0.09ml / 100g at 15 ~ 20min after injection of CCK-8 compared with 0.69 ± 0.12ml / 100g in the control group.
