After Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s speech at the South tour and the party’s “14th National Congress”, China’s national economic construction entered a new period of development. China’s industrial enterprises have achieved good results in conscientiously implementing the “Regulations on Changing the Operating Mechanism of Industrial Enterprises under Ownership by All Owners”. The effectiveness of our country’s national economy is now moving toward a stable, healthy and sustainable direction.
