本文介绍大截面5Cr2NiMoVSi钢制造压力机热锻模失效的过程和原因,并指出,大截面热锻模失效的主要形式为:1.热锻模型腔表面的高温和高应力的循环变化引起热磨损、热疲劳裂纹,导致工件粘模。2.热锻模在交变负荷作用下,深型槽应力集中处产生机械疲劳裂纹,从而导致锻件产生毛刺和加重粘模。3.由于热锻模块材料的热强度低,当锻压工件时,模面经受反复加热和冷却,引起模腔表面局部变形,导致锻件尺寸超差等。
