中国机械工程学会热处理学会和北京市热处理分会于1981年11月15—21日在北京香山联合召开了全国热处理节能座谈会。参加座谈会的有十六个省市代表64人。会议期间代表们回顾了几年来我国热处理节能工作的情况,交流了节能经验,对今后的节能工作进行了广泛深入的讨论。代表们认为,改善热处理生产组织,提高企业管理水平,改造热处理设备,改进热处理工艺,大力开拓各种节能途径,提高能源利用率是当务之急,必须予以充分的重视。现就与会代表讨论的主要情况及建议概述如下。一、当前热处理能源利用中的问题
China Mechanical Engineering Society and Beijing Heat Treatment Society heat treatment branch in November 1981 15-21 in Beijing Xiangshan jointly held a national seminar on energy-saving heat treatment. There are 64 representatives of 16 provinces and cities participating in the symposium. During the meeting, the delegates reviewed the energy-saving work of China’s heat treatment over the past few years, exchanged experiences on energy conservation and conducted extensive and in-depth discussions on energy conservation in the future. The deputies said that it is imperative to pay more attention to improving the organization of heat treatment production, improving the management level of enterprises, reforming the heat treatment equipment, improving the heat treatment process, vigorously exploring various energy saving ways and improving the energy utilization rate.
