我国《宪法》规定:人民检察院是国家的法律监督机关。且根据《人民检察院组织法》规定:人民检察院由人民选举产生,对人民负责。本文指出在新时期,建立社会主义和谐社会对检察工作提出了新的进一步要求,检察机关如何在发挥自己法律监督职能的同时真正体现执法为民、服务民生;切实改变诸如就案办案、单纯办案、机械执法的作风;更新漠视群众冷暖,不关心社情民意的陈旧执法观念;杜绝导致司法不公、激化矛盾现象的出现;调整不利于促进和谐的工作思路等都是急需要解决的问题。
Our Constitution stipulates that the people’s procuratorate is the country’s legal supervision organ. In accordance with the Organic Law of the People’s Procuratorate, the People’s Procuratorate is elected by the people and responsible to the people. This paper points out that in the new period, the establishment of a harmonious socialist society puts forward new and further requirements for the procuratorial work. How the procuratorial organs can exert their own legal supervisory functions while truly representing law enforcement for the people and serving the livelihood of the people; earnestly changing such as handling cases and handling simple cases , The style of mechanical enforcement; update the concept of obsolete law enforcement that ignores the masses’ warmth and indifference to social conditions and public opinions; eliminates the appearance of unfair judgments and exacerbates contradictions; and adjusts ideas that are unfavorable to promoting harmony are urgent problems to be solved.
