在当今世界经济和文化日趋一体化的形势下,纪录片的创作与传播被置于全球化语境之中。纪录片承担着增进人类相互理解和交流的文化使命,有助于全球化格局中文化的交流与合作。纪录片的创作机构与合作方式应当多元化,形成包括主流媒体、民间独立制片以及与异域传媒合作的整体格局。面向全球市场的纪录片应当具有国际化视野,并对制作、发行等诸多环节进行市场化运营。
In the increasingly integrated economy and culture in today’s world, the creation and dissemination of documentary films are put in the context of globalization. Documentary commitment to enhance mutual understanding and exchange of human cultural mission, contribute to the globalization of cultural exchanges and cooperation. Documentary creative institutions and cooperation should be diversified, including the formation of the mainstream media, private independent film and the overall pattern of cooperation with foreign media. Documentary for the global market should have an international perspective, and the production, distribution and many other aspects of the market operation.
