目的:分析腰大池持续引流脑脊液对蛛网膜下腔出血、脑室内出血、脑脊液漏等疾病的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析行腰大池持续引流71例患者的临床资料。结果:腰大池持续引流治疗蛛网膜下腔出血、脑室内出血、脑脊液漏效果明显。结论:行腰大池持续引流对治疗蛛网膜下腔出血、脑室内出血、脑脊液漏有较好的临床应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the therapeutic effect of continuous drainage of cerebrospinal fluid on the subarachnoid hemorrhage, intraventricular hemorrhage, cerebrospinal fluid leakage and other diseases in the lumbar cistern. Methods: The clinical data of 71 patients with continuous drainage of the lumbar spondylolisthesis were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Continuous lumbar drainage for subarachnoid hemorrhage, intraventricular hemorrhage, cerebrospinal fluid leakage effect is obvious. Conclusion: Continuous drainage of the lumbar cistern is a good clinical value in the treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage, intraventricular hemorrhage and cerebrospinal fluid leakage.
