新闻编辑更多遵循的是新闻原则,新、短、快、活、强的新闻特性决定了编辑在实际的新闻编辑过程中,很难像法官那样对所有被访对象和事件进行证据收集,从而不可避免地在经常无意间触反到法律已经规定或未曾明确规定的“雷区”与“盲点”。新闻编辑行为的合法性成了新闻界和法律界争论不休的问题。为确保新闻媒体和新闻编辑正当行使自己的权利,本文探讨了新闻编辑履职时侵犯他人权益所应承担的法律责任。
News editors follow more journalism principles. News features of new, short, fast, live, and strong determine that editors do not have the evidence to collect all respondents and events like the judge in actual news editing. Inevitably, I often touch inadvertently “minefields” and “blind spots” that the law has stipulated or has not clearly stipulated. The legitimacy of news editing has become a matter of constant debate among the press and the legal community. In order to ensure that the news media and news editors properly exercise their rights, this article explores the legal responsibilities that the news editors should shoulder when violating the rights and interests of others.
