2003年下半年,铁道工程建设企业进行了大幅度地资产重组和机构整合,诞生了一批崭新的大型施工企业集团。面对激烈的市场竞争,面对不同的企业文化背景,这些新企业该如何应变、如何尽快形成崭新的企业文化、如何做强做大,这是每一位重组企业领导都在思索的问题。作者在本文中提出了“强化诚信意识、构筑信任基础,加快整合步伐”的思路,可供重组企业的整合与发展借鉴和参考。
In the second half of 2003, the railway construction enterprises conducted a substantial reorganization of assets and institutional integration, and created a batch of new large-scale construction enterprise groups. In the face of fierce market competition and facing different corporate culture backgrounds, how these new enterprises should be transformed, how to form a brand-new corporate culture as soon as possible and how to make them bigger and stronger are the questions that every leader of a reorganized enterprise is thinking about. In this paper, the author puts forward the idea of “strengthening the awareness of honesty, building the foundation of trust and accelerating the pace of integration”, which can be used for reference and reference of the reorganization and development of reorganized enterprises.
