为探究烤烟烟叶物理特性与化学成分的定量关系,并为客观准确评价烟叶质量提供理论依据,对2009年的90个烤烟烟叶的物理特性和主要化学成分含量进行检测鉴定,并进行了新复极差法多重比较和多元线性回归分析。结果表明:在所考察的5项物理特性(叶片厚度、单叶质量、含梗率、填充值和抗张强度)指标中,变异从大到小的排序为:叶片厚度>单叶质量>抗张强度>含梗率>填充值;4项化学成分指标(烟碱、氯、总糖和钾含量)变异从大到小的排序为:氯>钾>烟碱>总糖。随着烟叶部位的增高,烟叶的厚度、单叶质量和抗张强度逐渐增大,而含梗率和填充值逐渐减小。烟叶物理特性和各项化学成分指标所建立的多元回归方程及回归系数均达到极显著水平。叶片厚度和含梗率与烟碱含量关系密切,其中叶片厚度(标准回归系数为0.551,下同。)与烟碱含量呈极显著正相关,含梗率(-0.268)与烟碱含量呈极显著负相关;叶片厚度(0.608)、含梗率(0.262)都与烟叶氯含量呈极显著正相关,是烤烟氯含量的重要影响因素;叶片厚度和填充值影响总糖含量的变化,其中叶片厚度(-0.577)与总糖含量呈极显著负相关,填充值(-0.210)与总糖含量呈显著负相关;单叶质量(-0.577)与钾含量呈极显著负相关。
In order to explore the quantitative relationship between physical characteristics and chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco leaves and to provide a theoretical basis for the objective and accurate evaluation of tobacco leaf quality, the physical characteristics and main chemical components of 90 flue-cured tobacco leaves in 2009 were detected and identified, Multiple comparison and multivariate linear regression analysis. The multiple regression equation and the regression coefficient established by the physical characteristics of tobacco leaves and various chemical composition indexes reached the extremely significant level. The leaf thickness and the percentage of stems and stems were closely related to the content of nicotine. The leaf thickness (standard regression coefficient was 0.551, the same below) was positively correlated with nicotine content.
