我国企业“走出去”战略中金融服务支持的总量不足、结构失衡。为改变此困境,必须从金融供给角度出发,立足企业金融需求的多样化,提供差异化金融支持。具体而言,应结合各行业的发展状况,明确企业经营规模,提供适度金融支持;注重中小微型企业风险监控;针对不同投资东道国,协助制定企业投资方案;把握经济新形势,服务重点发展企业。
The total amount of financial service support in our country’s “” going-out "strategy is insufficient and the structure is unbalanced. In order to change this predicament, we must provide diversified financial support based on the diversification of corporate financial needs from the perspective of financial supply. Specifically, the scale of operation of enterprises should be clearly defined and moderate financial support should be provided in combination with the development of various industries. Risk monitoring should be focused on small and medium-sized and micro-sized enterprises. Different investment host countries should be assisted in formulating enterprise investment plans. The Group should grasp the new economic situation and focus on the development of enterprises.
