1994年6月,我从师范学校毕业,成为一名小学数学教师。一晃,从事这份职业将近20年了。人的一生中不会有很多个20年,我庆幸自己遇上了新课程改革的大好时机。回顾和反思自己和新课程一起走过来的点点滴滴,我更庆幸自己一直坚守对课堂的追求、思考与实践。虽然已经走上教研员的工作岗位,但我仍坚持扎根一线课堂,在课堂中播种、成长、收获,这种坚持和坚守让我不断感受到作为一个教育人的幸福和快乐,也让我在小学数学教学研究的天空中越飞越高。
In June 1994, I graduated from a normal school and became a primary school mathematics teacher. Flash, engaged in this occupation for nearly 20 years. There will not be many 20 years in a person’s life and I am fortunate that I have had a great time in the new curriculum reform. Review and reflect on myself and the new course come together bit by bit, I am more fortunate that I have been stick to the pursuit of the classroom, thinking and practice. Although I am already a graduate student in teaching and research, I still insist on taking a first-line course and sowing, growing and harvesting in the classroom. This persistence and perseverance allow me to continuously feel the happiness and joy of being an educator, Primary school mathematics teaching and research in the sky flying higher.
