提出一种发散照明中主动修正投影光栅周期的方法。基于Stoilov算法的相位测量轮廓术(PMP)在线三维(3D)测量技术采用发散照明时,参考平面光栅像周期发生变化,会变成不等周期分布,从而降低在线测量精度。针对这一问题提出了一种主动修正投影光栅周期的方法,利用静态PMP分析参考平面截断相位分布,采用迭代算法逐步修正投影光栅的周期,使投影到参考面的光栅像具有良好的等周期性分布;同时避免对系统参数进行测量和计算的繁杂工作。实验验证了该方法的正确性,能有效提高在线3D测量的适应度和测量精度。
A method of actively correcting the projection grating period in divergent illumination is proposed.
