影响国际创业的综合驱动因素包括关系网络、学习导向、制度环境、国际化知识、国际创业导向、国际创业能力、国际创业机会和国际化模式,通过融合国际商务理论和创业理论的思想,将这些影响因素整合到一个研究框架下,从而形成国际创业的综合驱动模型。其中,学习导向、关系网络和国际创业导向促进了国际化知识创新;国际化知识和国际创业导向影响国际创业能力;国际创业能力通过影响国际创业机会和国际化模式进而影响国际创业绩效。在此过程中,制度环境在关系网络的构建、国际创业导向和国际创业能力的形成以及国际市场进入模式对国际创业绩效的影响等方面都起到重要的作用。新创企业的国际化不是直线发展的,而是一个螺旋式发展的过程。
