目的探讨Wnt/β-catenin信号通路蛋白在出生前后双酚A(BPA)暴露对子鼠雄性生殖表达。方法 ICR孕鼠饮水染毒,自受孕0天随机分为:溶剂对照组、100 nmol/LBPA组、300 nmol/LBPA组;雄性仔鼠出生后6周处死,取睾丸组织,免疫组化检测β-catenin、DKK1蛋白的表达。结果免疫组化结果显示,与溶剂对照组比较,BPA暴露组β-catenin、DKK1蛋白表达明显增加,多分布在精原细胞和睾丸间质细胞中,且间质细胞强阳性。结论 Wnt/β-catenin信号通路蛋白可能参与了BPA暴露对子鼠雄性生殖细胞表达影响。
Objective To investigate the male reproductive expression of Wnt / β-catenin signaling pathway before and after exposure to bisphenol A (BPA) in offspring. Methods ICR pregnant mice were exposed to drinking water and were randomly divided into solvent control group, 100 nmol / LBPA group and 300 nmol / LBPA group. The male offspring were sacrificed 6 weeks after birth and testis tissue was taken for immunohistochemistry -catenin, DKK1 protein expression. Results The results of immunohistochemistry showed that compared with the solvent control group, the expression of β-catenin and DKK1 in BPA exposed group were significantly increased, mostly distributed in spermatogonia and testicular stromal cells, and the stromal cells were strongly positive. Conclusion The Wnt / β-catenin signaling pathway protein may be involved in the effect of BPA exposure on the expression of male germ cells in offspring.
