一概述:我国瓷牙的研究和生产从1947年起步,那时所用设备比较简陋,工艺尚停留在瓷牙发展的初级阶段,使用低温熔瓷制作瓷牙,其熔点较低,在870~1065℃,生产的是第一代中孔瓷牙。1957年研究生产出第二代瓷牙,即横穿瓷牙。1960年,研究使用中温熔瓷制作瓷牙,其熔点在1092~1259℃,第三代瓷牙,即中温横串瓷牙诞生。1964年,又研究了第四代高温真空烧成的瓷牙—合金钉瓷牙。这样在瓷牙生产制造工艺上,开始使用熔点在1315~1370℃的高温熔瓷,使瓷牙的工艺日趋完善,瓷牙的内在质量达到了最佳状态。此后,在使用高温熔瓷制作瓷牙的基础上,又陆续研制生产出黄金钉瓷牙,JZ-81型白合金钉瓷牙等等高质量的瓷牙品质(见附图)。
