作者观察了52例患儿,肾盂肾炎29例,肾小球肾炎23例,年龄1～15岁,男孩18例。女孩34例,另以28名健康儿童作为对照组。研究的目的是评价肾盂肾炎和肾小球肾炎患儿的循环免疫复合物的含量和细胞一体液免疫的指标。测定的结果:28例健康儿童的循环免疫复合物的平均含量为0.51±0.19mg/ml。7例急性期肾盂肾炎患儿的免疫复合物平均含量为1.68±0.18,16例慢性非梗阻型肾盂肾炎为0.97±0.17,6例慢性梗阻型肾盂肾炎为1.26±0.15;肾病型肾小球
