调查表明,绝大多数体育教师认为体育教学的本质是增强体质。研究认为这种认识源于:学生身体指标的评价掌控着体育教学的内容;学校体育功能的泛化研究影响着体育教师的思想。但这种认识又会造成体育教学实践的两难选择,体育学科的非课程化等后果。在体育教学中应强调运动技术的传习和文化的传承,可以在更高层次上达到强化体质意识的功效。
Survey shows that the vast majority of physical education teachers believe that the essence of physical education is to enhance physical fitness. The research thinks that this kind of cognition originates from the fact that the evaluation of the physical indicators of the students controls the content of the physical education and the generalization of the physical functions of the school influences the thinking of the physical education teachers. However, this kind of understanding will result in the dilemma of physical education practice and non-curriculum of sports disciplines. In physical education should emphasize the transfer of sports technology and cultural heritage, can be achieved at a higher level to enhance the effectiveness of physical awareness.
