在组织管理中,员工的工作态度是决定组织健康发展,增强组织内部凝聚力,影响成员工作效率,促进企业和谐文化的重要因素。本文综述了国内外研究者对态度、工作态度与个人行为关系的研究,总结了国内外对态度和工作态度的研究成果以及如何应用于组织管理中。最后探讨了在组织管理过程中改善员工工作态度的一些建议和方法。
In the organization and management, employees’ work attitude is an important factor in determining the healthy development of the organization, enhancing the internal cohesion of the organization, influencing the work efficiency of the members, and promoting the harmonious culture of the enterprise. This article reviews the research of domestic and foreign researchers on the relationship between attitudes, work attitudes and personal behaviors, and summarizes the research results of attitudes and work attitudes at home and abroad, and how they are applied to organizational management. Finally, it discusses some suggestions and methods to improve employees’ work attitude in the process of organization and management.
