滑行菌素A,B,C(glidobactins A,B,C)系作者在系统研究抗肿瘤的微生物代谢产物时发现的新抗生素。其产生菌为多囊粘菌属分支孢子新种,是一异常革兰氏阴性滑动菌株No.K481-B101,A,B,C成分从其发酵复合物中经色谱法分离得到。本药结构是迄今唯一发现的酰化环状三肽,组分A,B,C均有环状三肽主核,而α,βγ,δ位具有不同的不饱和脂肪酸。组分A,C为无色针状结晶,组分B为白色结晶粉末,三者理化性质和光谱特性极为相似,在261nm处均有最大紫外吸收,鉴别手段为TLC和HPLC。本药在50μg/ml时,不抑制革兰氏阳性及阴性
New antibiotics found by authors of the glidobactins A, B, C system when studying anti-tumor microbial metabolites. The producing strain is a new species of Mycobacterium spp., An abnormal Gram-negative sliding strain No. K481-B101, and the A, B and C components are separated from the fermentation complex by chromatography. The structure of the drug is by far the only acyclic cyclic tripeptide found. Components A, B and C all have the main cyclic tripeptide nucleus, while the α, βγ and δ positions have different unsaturated fatty acids. The components A and C are colorless acicular crystals and component B is white crystalline powder. The physical and chemical properties and spectral properties of the three components are very similar. The maximum UV absorption at 261 nm is achieved. The identification methods are TLC and HPLC. The drug at 50μg / ml, does not inhibit Gram-positive and negative
