《劳动合同法》实施初期,淮安市清浦区劳资矛盾出现开喷式现象,随着工会基础工作的全面开展,劳资关系逐步和谐,主要原因是,区总工会找准了协商劳动关系的关键着力点。
In the initial stage of the implementation of the Labor Contract Law, the labor-capital conflicts in Qingpu District of Huaian City started to be sprayed open. With the full implementation of the basic work of the trade union, the labor-capital relations were gradually harmonized.
