国际设施管理和使用寿命管理是我本次演讲的两个最主要的主题。国际设施管理国际设施管理在国际范围内存在显著的差异。这些差异表现在:定义、服务内容和管理模式上。我今天讲的设施管理和物业管理之间是有一定区别的。当然,这只是当前面临的问题,未来我们要考虑的问题是建立统一的国际化标准。不过,这里面涉及到管理原则的结构化,具体表现在设施管理和物业管理。
International facilities management and service life management are the two main topics I have addressed in this presentation. International Facilities Management There are significant international differences in international facilities management. These differences are manifested in: definition, service content and management mode. There is a difference between the facilities management and the property management that I am talking about today. Of course, this is only a current issue, and the issue to be considered in the future is to establish a unified international standard. However, this relates to the structuring of management principles, specifically in facilities management and property management.
