体育教育是实施素质教育的重要内容和手段,在提高学生身心素质和体育素养,培养学生优良道德品质等方面有着重要而特殊的作用。但目前的体育教学中多采用“大一统”的教学,忽视了学生的个性差异,学生的个性受到压抑,无法从体育课堂中感受到学习的快乐和运动的乐趣,使得教学目标难以实现。因此,在新形势下,要运用“快乐体育”的教学理念,来激发学生学习的兴趣,实施个性化教学,发挥学生的主体作用,促使学生身心的全面发展。
Physical education is an important content and means of implementing quality education. It plays an important and special role in improving students’ physical and mental qualities and physical education, and cultivating their excellent moral qualities. However, the current teaching of PE mostly adopts the teaching of “unification”, neglects the personality differences of students, the personality of students is suppressed, the joy of learning and the pleasure of learning can not be felt from the physical education classroom, making the teaching goal difficult to achieve . Therefore, in the new situation, we should use the teaching philosophy of “Happy Sports” to stimulate students ’interest in learning, implement personalized teaching, give full play to the main role of students, and promote the all-round development of students’ mind and body.
