中国几千年的文化说起来就是一部吃的文化。关于膳食营养,是多少中国人穷尽一生钻研的课题,然而,民以食为天,那时候指百姓企望的是温饱,富人们垂涎的是山珍海味。也就是说,跟西方有所不同的是,西人讲究的是科学,国人讲究的是口味。因此,与其说几千年来我们在研究吃的科学,不如说在照顾享受的感官。但是,吃得好不好,的确有关健康。
Chinese culture for thousands of years is a culture of eating. As for dietary nutrition, it is the number of Chinese people who devoted themselves to the study of their lives. However, when the people feed on their own food, the people are looking forward to getting enough food and clothing. The rich people are coveted delicacies. In other words, with the West is different from the Western people pay attention to science, people pay attention to the taste. So rather than the science we’ve been eating for thousands of years, we’re talking about the senses that we care for. However, eating well is indeed related to health.
